How much does AI training for a small team cost?
£99 for one seat, or £399 for five seats — under £80 a head. Both prices are for the same session. The team option is five seats from one organisation. A private session for your whole team is scoped and priced on a call.
Is VAT charged?
No. Bastin Mitchell Ltd is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
When is the session?
We confirm your session date by email within three working days of booking. If no date suits, we refund in full.
How do I join?
Sessions run on Zoom. The joining link comes with your date confirmation email.
Which AI tools does the training cover?
It is tool-agnostic. Claude, Copilot and the others are covered as subject matter — the session is about knowing what each one is for and how to choose between them for the work in front of you, not about which one we prefer.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT or Claude subscription to attend?
No. The session is paste-based throughout and a free account is enough.
Is the session recorded?
No. It runs live only. You get a one-page reference by email within two working days.

Is this for beginners or for people already using AI?
It assumes you have used an AI assistant at least once. It does not assume you are any good at it. The free assessment will tell you where you sit before you decide.
Do I have to take the assessment before booking?
No, but it helps. The free 12-question assessment takes about five minutes and shows you which of five areas — prompting, tooling, workflow, critical judgement, and confidence — you are weakest in.
What do I need to have ready on the day?
A laptop, a free account with any mainstream AI assistant, and one real task from your own week. You work on your own material, not worked examples.
What is the free 7-day programme?
A free follow-on to the assessment: ten minutes a day for seven days, built around the gaps your score identified. You retake the assessment on Day 7.

What you are buying
A seat at a live online AI training session of 90 minutes, delivered over Zoom. A single seat is for one named attendee. A team booking is five seats for attendees from the same organisation.
Dates
We confirm your session date by email within three working days of booking. If no date suits, we refund in full.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel for a full refund at any time up to seven days before your confirmed session date. Within seven days, we will move you to a later session instead. If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method within ten working days.
Price and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Bastin Mitchell Ltd is not VAT registered and no VAT is charged. Payment is taken by Stripe at the time of booking.
Recording and materials
Sessions are not recorded. A one-page reference is emailed to every attendee within two working days of the session.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
