Start hereA live session covering the tools and the method. Claude, Copilot and the others are all on the table as subject matter — the question is never which one we prefer, it is knowing what each is for and how to choose between them for the work in front of you. You leave with a method rather than a product preference.
Both sessions cover the same material. If either is under-subscribed we’ll combine them and let you know at least 48 hours ahead.
Apply
In-houseTraining that runs on someone else's examples stays theoretical. This stage runs on your own work and your own data — the documents, decisions and tasks actually on your desk — so what you practise is what you go back to.
Embed
In-houseThe part most training skips. New habits have to survive contact with existing workflows, and every team contains people who did not ask for any of this and would rather carry on as they were. Embedding is the change management layer: making the new way of working the normal way of working, including for the people who did not want to change.

Not a seat on the open session. We start with a call to work out what your team actually does day to day, then build a programme around that work — your processes, your tools, your examples.

Questions
How much does AI training for a small team cost?
£99 for one seat, or £399 for five seats — under £80 a head. Both prices are available at either session time. Bespoke in-house programmes for a whole team are scoped and priced on a call.
When are the live sessions and how long are they?
Tuesday 8 September 2026, with two slots on the day — 10:00 UK and 14:00 UK. Each session runs ninety minutes, live online. Both cover the same material, so pick whichever suits your diary.
Which AI tools does the training cover?
It is tool-agnostic. Claude, Copilot and the others are covered as subject matter — the session is about knowing what each one is for and how to choose between them for the work in front of you, not about which one we prefer.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT or Claude subscription to attend?
No. The session is paste-based throughout and a free account is enough.
Is the session recorded?
No. It runs live only.

Is this for beginners or for people already using AI?
It assumes you have used an AI assistant at least once. It does not assume you are any good at it. The free assessment will tell you where you sit before you decide.
Do I have to take the assessment before booking?
No, but it helps. The free 12-question assessment takes about five minutes and shows you which of five areas — prompting, tooling, workflow, critical judgement, and confidence — you are weakest in.
What do I need to have ready on the day?
A laptop, a free account with any mainstream AI assistant, and one real task from your own week. You work on your own material, not worked examples.
What is the free 7-day programme?
A free follow-on to the assessment: ten minutes a day for seven days, built around the gaps your score identified. You retake the assessment on Day 7.
